How AutoPay Works

Once AutoPay is enabled:

  • Your monthly balance is charged automatically on your billing date

  • You still receive billing notifications and invoices

  • You maintain full control of your payment method

  • You can update or stop AutoPay at any time

 

AutoPay does not change your service, pricing, or billing cycle.

How to Setup AutoPay

Option 1: Setup AutoPay Online

Step 1

Log in to your account

Choose card

Step 4

A drop down menu will appear. Select the account you want to use

Scroll down

Step 2

In the upper right corner, click “AutoPay”

Choose Credit Card or eCheck

Choose card

Step 5

Click Save

Click save

That’s it. AutoPay is now active on your account!
